ROLE
Interior concept for a newly built 116 m² shell maisonette, developed in three levels of finish, from refined essentials to a fully high-end interpretation. Visualising the potential of the home for its owner and future residents.
CONCEPT
One home, three expressions. Each level builds on the same calm foundation of soft neutrals, natural light and generous proportions, growing in material richness and detail. At its most complete, a sculptural spiral staircase becomes the heart of the home, connecting both floors as a piece of architecture in its own right.

Sculptural, material-driven elements carried from the architecture into the interior. Building on the existing structure, yet with complete freedom in form and material. Softly curved plaster walls, seamless oak joinery, a sculptural spiral staircase, with steel, natural stone and finish carried through into every room, down to the bathroom.

MOODBOARD | REFINED
Warm, refined design elements that draw attention without demanding it. No demolition, but transformation, cladding and finishing over the existing construction, for a faster yet refined result. Basket weave oak parquet, ribbed plaster with vertical grooves, a seamless concrete-look poured floor, and a kitchen island at its centre. The existing staircase is reclad in oak, a design upgrade without full replacement, with plastered walls carried through into the bathroom.

Understated luxury in timeless materials, subtle and refined. No demolition, no complexity, but a fresh and timeless base finish that can be delivered quickly without compromising on quality. Smoothly plastered walls and ceilings in a single tone, a renewed staircase with a slender steel handrail, ceramic stone-look or straight-laid wood-look flooring, and a clean-lined kitchen with smooth or wood-look fronts and a composite worktop.
